About the Role

Reporting to the Town Manager, the Library Manager leads the operations, services, programs, staff, and facilities of the Camp Verde Community Library. This key leadership position plays an important role in enriching the community by providing access to information, lifelong learning opportunities, educational resources, and community engagement programs. The Library Manager develops and mentors staff, oversees library collections and services, and ensures the library remains a welcoming and valuable resource for residents of all ages.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Library Science or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of library management and programming experience.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
Proven leadership experience in library operations, staff supervision, and community-focused services is highly desirable.
