Balancing daily operations with long‑term planning, modernizing aging systems, and coordinating across departments will all play a part in shaping the future of Public Works. This role calls for a leader who can navigate change, inspire teams, and keep the city moving forward with confidence.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, public administration, business administration or a related field, and ten or more years’ utilities experience and at least three years of supervisory or management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience.
