Responsible for the planning, organizing, direction and coordinating all activities of the city government of McGrath, including the activities of the utilities (water, sewer, landfill, roads, streetlights, washeteria and city building). The principal function is to serve as the chief administrative officer of the city. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the Mayor, with extensive leeway granted for the exercise of independent judgement and initiative.
