About

I am a mission-driven executive with a proven track record of leading complex, people-centered programs that align operational strategy with community impact. With over two decades of experience across the public and private sectors, I specialize in navigating organizational transformation, building high-performing teams, and driving results in environments where innovation, equity, and fiscal stewardship intersect.

My career began in program operations, where I quickly advanced into leadership roles overseeing multi-million-dollar initiatives, including the launch and scale of an IT Managed Services Group that grew to $500M in revenue within three years. As a former Director of Program Operations and Facility Security Officer, I’ve worked at the nexus of government compliance, digital modernization, and strategic growth, ensuring that every solution is not only efficient but ethically sound.

What sets me apart is my human-first approach to leadership. I’ve facilitated DEI listening sessions at Comcast, mentored young Black men through community initiatives, and championed AI ethics in organizational settings to ensure the technologies we deploy uplift rather than divide. Whether I’m coaching executives, managing large-scale service delivery portfolios, or co-designing future-of-work strategies, I lead with a blend of systems thinking and emotional intelligence.

I bring to the American Association of Municipal Executives a deep understanding of the evolving responsibilities of municipal leadership, especially as cities face rapid technological, social, and environmental change. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to this network of civic leaders by sharing knowledge, fostering innovation, and advancing inclusive governance practices that serve communities with integrity and foresight.
