The City of Loganville, Georgia, is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and accomplished public-sector executive to serve as its next City Manager. Positioned strategically along the U.S. Route 78 corridor connecting Metro Atlanta to Athens, Loganville is a thriving community of 14,000+ residents that seamlessly balances small-town authenticity with sophisticated suburban growth. Rather than permitting sprawling, unchecked development, city leadership prioritizes high-quality downtown revitalization, green space preservation, and smart commercial expansion. As Loganville prepares for its next era of economic development—anchored by a major multi-story mixed-use downtown redevelopment—the City seeks a strategic leader to direct daily municipal operations, guide capital infrastructure, and align dedicated staff with City Council priorities.
Loganville features a median home sales price near $380,000, offering strong relative value compared to neighboring Metro Atlanta. Families benefit from dual access to top-performing public-school systems—Gwinnett County Public Schools and the Walton County School District—while proximity to the University of Georgia, Georgia Gwinnett College, and Gwinnett Technical College taps continuous regional energy and research capabilities. A revitalized Town Green and Main Street district serves as the city's social hub, featuring walkable storefronts, local dining, specialty shops, community spaces, and landmark events including the annual Autumn Fest and the "Groovin' on the Green" summer concert series. Recreational opportunities abound across Loganville’s park system, including Destination Park, Meridian Park, Toddler Park, West Walton Park, and nearby Fort Yargo State Park. As Loganville continues to build for the future, visionary leaders are invited to step into this pivotal role as Loganville's next City Manager.
