Cortland County, New York is seeking a highly capable and collaborative public sector leader to serve in this pivotal executive role supporting the County Administrator and strengthening internal operations across County government. Reporting directly to the County Administrator, the Deputy County Administrator will serve as a key operational leader—helping translate priorities into action, supporting budget development and financial strategy, improving internal workflows, and driving cross-departmental initiatives.
