What is the compensation package?
Pay: $150,000 - $205,000 annualized salary (paid in bi-weekly installments)

- Provide oversight and executive direction to the following City divisions: Facilities Services, Finance, Information Systems, Justice Court, and Recorder.
- Align these operations with the goals of the City Administration and Municipal Council in support of the public interest.
- Guide vital financial, infrastructure, equipment, staffing, and other decisions as a key member of the Administrative team.
- Lead the municipal budgeting process.
- Navigate multiple complex and sometimes contradictory priorities, adeptly solve problems, and create innovative solutions that address the needs of the municipality.
- Represent the City in various assignments, serve on multiple boards and organizations, conduct and oversee individual, group, department, and other meetings.
What is required to apply?
Provo will honor an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience [substituting each one year of post-secondary education/training for six months of experience].
- Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Seven years of responsible professional and/or management experience in a closely related field, three years of which must have been at a supervisory or administrative level.
- A valid, lawful Driver License.
- CPA registration is desirable.
