The American Association of Municipal Executives (AAME) is a professional association for city managers and other local government executives. It's primary mission is to:
- Create community and foster connectedness
- Promote personal and professional development
- Engage in education and advocacy initiatives
The AAME job board was created to serve the needs of local government executives and senior leaders.
It is the only job board in the nation that is exclusively focused on executive and senior level public sector recruitments. And it is the only job board that encourages recruiters and local governments to provide greater transparency to candidates when it comes to compensation, severance, expense reimbursements, relocation assistance, and other major issues of importance.
